Taiyuan Iron & Steel Group (TISCO) has decided to introduce the stainless steel cold continuous rolling project, aiming to enhance the product ratio of ferrite stainless steel, reduce input costs, cut energy consumption, increase added value.
Meanwhile, TISCO has received the approval from Shanxi Development and Reform Commission on August 2nd 2012. It's known that the annual production capacity of the stainless steel cold continuous rolling project is at 900,000 tonnes. The total investment is at CNY 6.477 billion.
TISCO expected to complete the project and put it into operation in September 2013
